I’ve been a Doctor of Physical Therapy for 18 years, and my passion is helping my clients get back to the things they enjoy doing.

After years of advanced coursework, testing, and review by my colleagues, I was awarded national certification in manual therapy. That means I am an expert in range of motion and helping you restore it. Once we restore the mechanics of normal motion, we’ll need to help your brain rediscover the deep stabilizing muscles that allow you to move with control and strength. Lastly, but importantly, addressing your motor control will help you move in ways that will keep you free from pain and keep you active.

On a good day, you might find me enjoying a hike with my husband and five children (and three Goldendoodles!).
